Marginalized artists from Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside show new work produced during this third annual Out of the Rain artist mentoring program. Mentors: Archer Pechawis, Guinevere Pencarrick, and Jennifer Merasty. Supported by peer artist Quin Martins.
